I have several problems and I sponge them to try to find a solution.
1º the independent volume of users does not remain fixed:
When I adjust the volume of a user, this is adjusted when another user speaks and the user who had the volume sums up to listen to it, although the volume bar is at maximum.
2º The time of the delay within the vox is very short 1000ms to have mounted stations and release the PTT this lasts longer, I would need to be able to modify that parameter for at least 2000ms. 

Hello, I have just changed the delay time to a maximum of 2000ms, with the release of the next version it will then be possible to set values above 1000ms.

The other problem with the volume we have to first check in our support team and try to find the cause and a solution. 

Each user can adjust the personal volume with the remote command #volume, the Gateway-Commander will adjust the volume individually each time the user speaks.
